Do we accept custom orders?

Yes; please get in touch with us via email to discuss your requirements and we will do our best to fulfil them.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Sadly at the moment we are unable to but we hope that this will change in the future.

How long will my order take?

Most items are made to order and will normally be dispatched in 5-7 days, but this may be longer at busy times. They will then take a further 1-3 working days to arrive. A dispatch email will be sent when your items are on their way to you.

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations can be made with 24 hours of purchase.

Can I return an item?

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your items to request a return. To do this contact us at to discuss the request.

The buyer must ship the items back within 21 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged prior to receipt. If the item is not returned in its original condition then the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Unless items arrive damaged or defective we cannot accept returns or exchanges for

  • Intimate items (our skin care range) for health and hygiene reasons.

  • Perishable products

  • Custom orders
